We focus on the fundamentals of strength and longevity. You get a custom plan delivered via app, with regular check-ins to ensure you are progressing safely without burning out.

This is more than just cardio. We prepare your body for pack weight, steep climbs, and technical terrain, so you can focus on the view instead of your knees.

For those in the Edmonds/Seattle area, I provide in-person sessions to help you navigate gym equipment with confidence and proper mechanics.
About Cary
I’m a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience helping people get stronger, move better, and reach their fitness goals. I work one-on-one to create personalized programs that build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
I’m a former Olympic Trials swimmer and Ironman triathlete, and I’ve taught TRX, strength training, and aquatics. I combine my athletic and clinical experience to design workouts that are challenging, effective, and tailored to each person. With a lifelong love of hiking and outdoor adventure, I bring energy, encouragement, and a passion for movement to every session.
